A fine of DKK 90,00 will be imposed for entering an incorrect category in any age group, if not amended before the final deadline for entries.

KIC 2026 Party - Adult

This rate apply for all participants from 12 years old at the time of the party.

KIC 2026 Party - Child

This rate is valid for all children under the age of 12 years old at the time of the party.

Bus Transportation

DKK 75,00

Per person.

Same price for either:

Tournament: From Lautrup Park Hotel to Ballerup Super Arena (return).
Party: From Four Points Flex by Sheraton to Lautrup Park Hotel (return between 23:00-00:00).

Banks will charge a fee to initiate a transfer, so please remember to cover these fees in addition to the amount you’re sending.

Transfers within the Single Euro Payments Area are typically low-cost or free, but please confirm with your bank.

When you make an international bank transfer, your bank will ask who pays the transfer fees. Some banks show OUR/SHA/BEN on their forms, while others show the ISO 20022 terms DEBT/SHAR/CRED. They mean the same thing.

Please choose OUR (DEBT) to ensure the full amount is received.

What each option means:

OUR / DEBT – You (the sender) pay all transfer fees. The full amount is expected to arrive to the beneficiary.
SHA / SHAR – Fees are shared between sender and receiver. Some charges may be deducted before funds reach the beneficiary, leading to a short payment.
BEN / CRED – The receiver pays all fees. Charges will be deducted from the amount sent, so the beneficiary receives less than expected (short payment).
