Getting to Denmark

By air

Copenhagen Airport (CPH) is your best option. From here you have multiple options for going to Ballerup with is 30 kilometers from the airport.

By train

It is possible to come to Denmark by train. For available routes, please check www.rome2rio.com. Trains arrive at Københavns Hovedbanegård (Copenhagen Central station), from where you can take local transportation to Ballerup.

If you need an official invitation, please contact the International Secretary to state what information has been requested and we will tailor the invitation to your requirements. sometimes all participants’ names and passport numbers are required, so be ready to suply them if necessary.

Getting to Ballerup

Going from Copenhagen Airport (CPH Lufthavn) or from the Copenhagen Central Station (København H) to Ballerup (Ballerup St), there are several options available for you.

Tournament transportation

If you are living at the official tournament hotel: Hotel Lautruppark, there will be bus transportation available for your when going to the tournament in the morning and returning after the tournament. If you stay at the Four Points Flex by Sheraton hotel, you can walk between the hotel and Ballerup Super Arena (650 meters).

Tournament party transportation

The tournament dinner and party will be at the official tournament hotel: Hotel Lautruppark. If you stay at the Four Points Flex by Sheraton hotel, you can sign-up for bus transportation to Hotel Lautruppark.
